WELCOME TO UPFIELD NKY LEAGUES!

UPfield Families -

Our outdoor Spring season is just about here, and we are excited to welcome families back for another fun-filled session of UPfield Soccer! Spring League begins the week of April 7 and runs through May 17, with games and sessions held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This season, we look forward to helping each player build confidence, improve their soccer skills, and enjoy a positive, energetic environment each week on the field. We cannot wait to see everyone out there for a great spring season of learning, growing, and having fun together.

UPON ARRIVAL

We want you to be ready for game one, so below is a list of items for your little one to bring to be ready to participate and a list of items we’ve noticed parents bring for themselves to ensure they are prepared and ready to sit back, relax and enjoy the show!

PARENTS

  • Camera

  • Extra Water

  • Lawn Chair

  • Sunscreen

  • Umbrella

  • Blanket

PARTICIPANTS

  • Soccer Ball (size 3, we’ll have extras)

  • Tennis Shoes or Cleats (whatever works!)

  • Shin Guards (required ages 3–7
    (optional for 2s)

  • Water (drinks stay off field)

  • Shorts or pants (whatever is comfortable)

OUR APPROACH

Our primary goal is to provide a comfortable environment where your child can have fun, be themselves, and build foundational soccer skills. Our curriculum follows a stage-based approach, focusing currently on individual development and independent play for children ages 2 to 7.

To ensure a positive experience, we invite you to support your child in the way that works best for them. While our coaches provide on-field encouragement, we kindly ask that parents refrain from coaching or directing during training. Instead, please cheer on their efforts as they learn new skills; attempting a new move is often more vital to their growth than scoring a goal.

Thank you for your support in helping our young players BELIEVE in themselves and their potential.
